Overview

This website is operated by WritED Edutech Private Limited. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to WritED Edutech Private Limited. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.

Section 1 - Prohibition on Re-sale & Piracy

The Course made available to you is solely for your individual exam preparation. You undertake not to engage in any profiteering activities, resale, or unauthorized dissemination of the contents.

  • IP Tracking: Our system records your network IP address to restrict piracy.
  • Device Limit: You can access your account on a maximum of 3 networks/devices. If found exceeding this, you will receive one warning. Continued violation will lead to immediate account suspension without a refund.

Section 2 - Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal purpose nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws). A breach of any Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Section 3 - General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

Section 4 - Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance.

Section 5 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that, in our sole judgment, appears to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Section 6 - User Comments and Feedback

If you send us suggestions, plans, or other materials (collectively, ‘comments’), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, and distribute them in any medium. We are under no obligation to maintain comments in confidence or pay compensation for them.

Section 7 - Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to infringe upon our intellectual property; (c) to upload viruses; (d) to collect or track the personal information of others; or (e) to interfere with security features.

Section 8 - Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no case shall WritED Edutech Private Limited, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from your use of the service.

Section 9 - Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Pricing and Payments

  • Course Fees: All course fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Discounts & Offers: Fees paid under a promotional offer or discount (e.g., purchasing at ₹7,000 instead of the MRP of ₹11,000) are final. If a refund is ever calculated, it will be based on the actual amount paid, not the original value of the course.
  • Payment Schedule: Full payment is required at the time of admission to secure a seat, unless an installment plan has been formally agreed upon.

Refund Policy

At WritED Edutech Private Limited, we strive to provide high-quality courses to assist our students in their preparation for Regulatory body exams like RBI Grade B, NABARD Grade A, SEBI, IRDAI, and others. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. We’ve established the following policy to govern refunds:

Eligibility for Refund

  1. Cancellation Within Stipulated Time: A refund will be considered if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of the time of enrollment, subject to the terms outlined on this page below.
  2. Course Content-Related Issues: Refunds will be considered if the course content significantly deviates from what was promised or advertised on our website.
  3. Technical Issues: Refunds will be considered if substantial technical difficulties prevent you from accessing the course material. The 24-hour window stated in point 1 will not apply here. A student will be eligible for a refund if, at any time, they are unable to access the course due to technical difficulties that our team is unable to resolve within 7 working days of receiving a formal complaint.Note: If the course is inaccessible due to technical challenges at the student’s end, no refund will be applicable.

Non-Eligibility for Refund

  • Change of Mind: Refunds cannot be issued due to a change of mind regarding exam preparation or a decision to stop studying.
  • Exam Eligibility: If a student discovers they are ineligible for an exam after subscribing, a refund cannot be issued.
  • Purchased by Mistake: Subscribing to our courses is a multi-step process requiring conscious action. “Purchasing by mistake” is not an eligible factor for a refund.
  • Exam Results: Success in competitive exams depends on many factors beyond our control. Not clearing an exam is not a valid reason for a refund.
  • Language of Course: The medium of instruction is mentioned on the course page. No refund will be initiated for language barriers unless the language used differs significantly from what was promised.
  • Quality Dissatisfaction: Refunds are not issued if the course does not meet personal expectations. We provide several free demo/trial lessons on our YouTube channel and portal for students to evaluate before subscribing.
  • Faculty Changes: Refunds are not applicable in the event of a change in faculty for any subject within the course.
  • Access to Downloadable Materials: If a student has downloaded any part of the course materials, a refund will not be applicable.
  • Personal/Financial Issues: Refunds will not be granted for personal issues of a financial or non-financial nature.
  • Course Progress: If a student has progressed significantly through the course or completed assessments, a refund will not be granted.
  • Utilization of Live Sessions or Support: If a student has utilized live sessions, one-on-one support, or any personalized assistance, they are ineligible for a refund due to the value-added services provided.
  • Price Fluctuations: We may run discount offers periodically. If a course is later available at a lower price, we do not issue refunds for the price difference.
  • Expired Refund Window: Requests made after the stipulated period mentioned in this policy will not be considered.

Process for Requesting a Refund

  1. Submission of Request: To request a refund, students must submit a detailed email to info@writed.in outlining the reason for the request, along with supporting evidence if applicable.
  2. Review Process: Each request will be carefully reviewed by our support team within 7 working days to assess eligibility.
  3. Approval or Rejection: If the request meets our criteria, the refund will be approved and processed within 7 working days using the original method of payment. If rejected, a clear explanation will be provided.
