1. Eligibility for Refund
Cancellation Within Stipulated Time
A refund will be considered if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of the time of enrollment, subject to the terms outlined on this page below.
Course Content-Related Issues
Refunds will be considered if the course content significantly deviates from what was promised or advertised on our website.
Technical Issues
Refunds will be considered if substantial technical difficulties prevent you from accessing the course material. The 24-hour window stated in point 1 will not apply here. A student will be eligible for a refund if, at any time, they are unable to access the course due to technical difficulties that our team is unable to resolve within 7 working days of receiving a formal complaint.
Note: If the course is inaccessible due to technical challenges at the student's end, no refund will be applicable.
2. Non-Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
Change of Mind
Refunds cannot be issued due to a change of mind regarding exam preparation or a decision to stop studying.
Exam Eligibility
If a student discovers they are ineligible for an exam after subscribing, a refund cannot be issued.
Purchased by Mistake
Subscribing to our courses is a multi-step process requiring conscious action. "Purchasing by mistake" is not an eligible factor for a refund.
Exam Results
Success in competitive exams depends on many factors beyond our control. Not clearing an exam is not a valid reason for a refund.
Language of Course
The medium of instruction is mentioned on the course page. No refund will be initiated for language barriers unless the language used differs significantly from what was promised.
Quality Dissatisfaction
Refunds are not issued if the course does not meet personal expectations. We provide several free demo/trial lessons on our YouTube channel and portal for students to evaluate before subscribing.
Faculty Changes
Refunds are not applicable in the event of a change in faculty for any subject within the course.
Access to Downloadable Materials
If a student has downloaded any part of the course materials, a refund will not be applicable.
Personal / Financial Issues
Personal or financial difficulties are not valid reasons for refunds.
Course Progress
Learners who have completed a substantial portion of the course or have accessed key learning components — such as live sessions, Test Series, Descriptive Answer Reviews, Group Mentorship, or 1:1 Mentorship — will not be eligible for a refund.
Utilization of Live Sessions or Support
If a learner has attended live sessions or availed any support services — such as Test Series, Descriptive Answer Reviews, Group Mentorship, or 1:1 Mentorship — they will not be eligible for a refund.
Price Fluctuations
We may run discount offers periodically. If a course is later available at a lower price, we do not issue refunds for the price difference.
Expired Refund Window
Requests made after the stipulated period mentioned in this policy will not be considered.

Step 2: Review Process
Each request will be carefully reviewed by our support team within 7 working days to assess eligibility.
Step 3: Approval or Rejection
If the request meets our criteria, the refund will be approved and processed within 7 working days using the original method of payment. If rejected, a clear explanation will be provided.
